Where in the world are you at the moment?
What does life look like there at the moment?
-
Unfortunately, Covid-19 cases are rising each day, resulting in an extended lockdown. Only certain people are allowed to go to work, super markets, and pharmacies (from ages 21-60).
What have you learnt about yourself during the last year?
Out of the Kings 5 Ways to Wellbeing, which have you been practicing most lately?
-
I have focused more on giving to others. Donating food and clothes to people who have lost their jobs because of the pandemic. I have also tried to mentally be there for my friends, loved ones, and people who need emotional support. Because this past year I have learned the importance of mental health.
Can you share one tip for looking after your wellbeing during a stressful time?
-
I guess one tip would be having self-love. I am guilty of forgetting to take time for myself. Doing one thing that makes you smile each day is important, whether it is painting your nails, eating some sweets, or randomly dancing. I think it is so important and it makes a huge difference on my energy throughout the day.
What is one thing you're looking forward to in the coming months?
