Following your first Reading Week at King’s, we’ll be here to help you find your rhythm with some helpful tips and friendly faces. You’ve got this – and we’ve got your back.

Wellbeing Week at KCLSU is all about helping you feel good. It’s a chance to explore what helps you thrive – because when we take care of our wellbeing, we’re better at learning, connecting, and becoming the best version of ourselves.

From 10–14 November, you can take part in FREE activities – from your favourite mini massages and Time Out Hubs, to relaxing moments at International Lunches with KCL Chaplaincy.
